Lettuce Plants

My lettuce plants are doing well. I had around 50+ lettuce plants growing from seed in a group. Today I thinned the lettuce plants and planted the lettuce singly. The lettuce vegetable plants are now around four to five inches high. Most of my lettuce was planted last year. I actually did not think that the lettuce was going to grow well in the spot I planted them in the fall. I had a large amount of extra lettuce seeds, so I just threw the lettuce seeds all around my vegetable garden area. The lettuce seedlings that did the best, grew in a bunch of around 50 plants. Since it is getting warmer, I dug up the seedling bunches and planted the lettuce plants separately.
