Beautiful Mallow Flower

This is my first year growing mallow plants. I saw this plant at a local garden nursery, and was in awe of the beauty of this flower. I highly recommend this plant. I put this flowering plant in a planter in front of my outside doorway. There have been MANY complements about this flower.

Columbine Flower

Pictured is a columbine flower from my perennial garden area. There are many columbine flower plants in my garden. Columbine flowers have always been one of my favorite flowers.

Purple Petunia Flower

Every year I plant petunia flowers in parts of my gardens. I really like petunia flowers.

Balloon Flower

This balloon flower was purchased from a local garden nursery. This is a nice blue balloon flower. This is the first year I planted balloon flowers in my garden.

Yellow Wild Flower

I found this yellow wildflower across the street from my house. I replanted the flower in my flower garden. I do not know what type of flower this is. My guess is a iris, but I am not sure.

Pumpkin

The giant pumpkin plants that I planted are starting to grow tiny golf ball sized fruits. I hope these pumpkins to grow fast. Currently, I have 5 giant pumpkin plants in my garden.

Celosia Flower

In my annual flower garden there a few celosia flowers. I really like the celosia flowers. In my annual flower garden area, there are red, yellow, and orange celosia flowers.

Yellow Squash

A few of my yellow squash in my vegetable garden are ready for harvesting. I will be picking some of the yellow squash once they get a little bigger.

Collards Seed Pods

My collards vegetable plant in producing my seed pods this year. I planted my collards last year. The collards also produce beautiful yellow flower blossoms.

Tomato

Pictured a green tomato from my garden. I have planted around 20 tomato plants in my vegetable garden. Some of the tomatoes are almost ready for harvesting. There are a couple of different varieties of tomatoes in my garden. I have planted regular tomatoes, roma, and cherry tomatoes.

Corn

In the corner area of my vegetable garden I have planted over 100 plants of corn. The corn are now around 3 feet tall. I started the corn in an indoor greenhouse kit. Once the corn got around 6 inches, they were planted outside. The above picture of the corn was taken a couple weeks ago.

Watermelon Blossom

The watermelon plants are starting to blossom. I am growing four different varieties of watermelon this year. This watermelon has a nice yellow flower blossom.

Garden Radish

My radishes are going too quickly. The radishes are already ready for harvesting. I will be letting some of the radishes too keep growing, so I can get some seeds from the radishes.

Calla Lily

A beautiful yellow calla lily flower. Calla lilies are one of my favorite flowers. I like to keep cut calla lily flowers in a vase inside my house.

Strawberry

I planted many strawberry plants in my garden this year. The strawberry plants are doing good this year. This year I mulched the ground for the strawberries.

Cauliflower

My cauliflower is starting to produce now. I plant a few cauliflowers in my vegetable garden. Last year my cauliflowers did not do that good. This year the cauliflowers look like they are doing very well.

Head Lettuce

My head lettuce in my vegetable garden seems to be doing really well. The head lettuce is starting to get big.

Red Salvia Flower Plant

I purchased a few salvia plants from a garden center. I planted the salvia flower in my annual garden area. The salvia plant produces a row of beautiful small flowers.

White Hollyhock Flower

Hollyhock flowers are great perennial flowers. I planted these hollyhock flower in my front yard. Hollyhock flowers seem to be easy to grow once established.

Yellow Clovers

Here is a picture of yellow clovers. I planted many clover seeds in different parts of my garden. These clovers seem to grow easy.

Nasturtium Flower

My nasturtium flowers are starting to bloom now. There are many different colors of nasturtiums in my garden. Most of the nasturtium flowers in my garden are red, yellow, and orange

Portulaca Flower Picture

Here is a pink portulaca flower in my garden. Portulaca flowers are very beautiful flowers. In my garden I use the portulaca as ground cover near my garden walkways.
