The collard green plants are blossoming in my vegetable garden. There are many small yellow flowers on the the collard green plant. I have been busy the last couple of days working on my garden.
I would like to know if you should let the plants flower and die or pinch them off. Do flowers inhibit the effectiveness of using the greens, or keep them from getting larger snd being edible?
